That is never intended to deny a creator credit for their work.

How Quickly We Respond

Many straightforward removal or attribution requests can be handled within the same business day once we have enough information to identify the image and reasonably verify the request.
More complicated ownership or licensing questions may take longer, particularly if an image has multiple licensors, agencies, contributors, or conflicting ownership information.

What Helps Us Resolve a Request Faster
You do not need to prepare a complicated legal document.
A short email containing the following information is usually enough to help us locate and review the image quickly:
- The Bold Mellow page URL where the image appears
- The original source URL, portfolio page, photographer website, brand page, or another reasonable indication of ownership
- Your name and preferred contact information
- Your preferred solution, whether you want credit added, the image modified, or the image removed

What Happens After We Receive Your Message
When Bold Mellow receives an image-related request, we generally follow a simple process.
First, we confirm that the request has been received. We then identify the image and, where reasonable, review the ownership or rights information supplied.
Once the request has been reasonably verified, we take the agreed action. This may involve adding or correcting attribution, modifying how the image is displayed, changing a link, or removing the image completely.
We will then follow up so you know the request has been addressed.
You Do Not Need to Contact a Lawyer First
If your concern is simply that your photograph, illustration, design, or other visual work appears on Bold Mellow and you would like something changed, a normal email is enough to start the conversation.
You do not need to hire an attorney or send a formal legal notice before reaching out to us.
We prefer to resolve ordinary image concerns directly whenever possible because it is faster and easier for everyone involved.
Nothing in this section prevents a rights holder from exercising any legal rights available to them.
